Transferability Of Best Practice

Objectives at a glance

This will establish the transferability of best practice between the regions and applications. Transferability is the approach that transfers only those policies and incentives that will have a similar (but not identical) value under different circumstances (for example, only transfer good practice from Norway to Germany if it has similar value in Germany to what it had in Norway). This will ensure that in sharing best practice the maximum impact is both achieved and sustainable. This action supports the developmental goal to halve the use of 'conventionally-fuelled' cars in urban transport by 2030 and achieve essentially CO2-free city logistics by 2030.
